More then fashion truck it is healing and salvation on wheels!

The Loose la Chic mobile boutique is more then a fashion truck, it is a healing ministry on wheels. People are simply encouraged to see the the beautiful bus hit the streets. I love when little girls smile when they see the cute flirty eyelash headlights. When women see the cross on the top and  the name Christ Jesus in the fenders they know it is a open invitation to come on the bus to be greeted with tender care. Women come on the bus to vent, praise and worship. I just can not explain what it is like to work a ministry fashion truck, but I can tell you it is never a dull moment.

As I drove through the city this week rain or shine I found happiness in the people I meet. My heart is over joyed and strongly encouraged by kind words and beautiful faces. In Baltimore City and County somewhere over the rainbow I found happiness that is unexplainable. I feel like I am living my best life on this fashion bus I consider it my home away from home. Amen

Today I met a wonderful young lady from the Side Dish mobile truck. She was a sweet heart. She was telling me about a few events that they will be hosting. Like them on facebook. The best part to me about owning a fashion truck is all the nice beautiful people you get to meet.

BFA Baltiomore Fashion Alliance 4th annual Hoilday Party was a blast!

I had a great time at the BFA 4th annual holiday party last night. It was at 901 S Bond Street in Baltimore Maryland. The room was filled with great people and I had a amazing time. I got to  network with fashion trailblazers about the Loose la Chic mobile boutique. The atmosphere was laid back, friendly and high social. The venue was very inviting from the fire places to the hardwood floors. The music this year was very nice and upbeat. I wore a graphic print dress with leopard print shoes. My outfit was from the Loose la Chic mobile boutique and it looked so amazing on me. I will give this event 5 stars!!!!

I have been thinking that my ministry needs to expand and grow and with that thought I'm thinking about putting another PPFARW vehicle on the road. I will release the details to you all later as I sort them out in my own mind. This will be more of a community outreach vehicle.  I'm super excited about the posibabilites of it. Hmmm food for thought. I can see it and I just can't explain how it makes me feel to think how great it will be and how much of a impact it will make in the community. I see commuinties changing! My visions are much more bigger then little old me. LOL

The big beautiful bus will pull up and when the double doors open is when the magic happens. Your friends will be super excited to see that you  had such a creative surprise in store for them. There is a $50 deposit required for all special events. The fifty dollar deposit turns into Loose la Chic bucks that you can use on anything on the bus. You can also give the Loose la Chic bucks to your guest to shop. Loose la chic does not pay to vend at events. Spring fashions on the way as soon as winter fashions leave the boutique

It is snowing outside and I'm already thinking about what the fashion industry has in store for us this Spring. It looks like the high low dresses, tops, and skirts will be sticking around again. The pencil skirt seems to be hanging in there also. The prints and two piece sets are going steady. Neons did well for the last two years but I think this year it will be a rap for them for a while. Romper and jumpers will be back also.

 I'm excited!

Fashion Trucks don't do well in bad weather !

Last Friday it rained and I made a $20 sale. Saturday was very sunny I did very well in sales. Sunday it snowed  so my fashion truck will be parked today. Although I don't typically work the fashion truck on Mondays if I wanted to go out today it would not be a good idea. Safety before sales. I will be working to build my online store today.

I had a idea of how I wanted the outside of the truck to look. After trying a lot of things I picked this wonderful design! Loose la Chic mobile boutique has joined the fashion trucks in Maryland.

 

In the beginning...Loose la Chic fashion truck in Maryland

It all started when I brought this truck and turned it into a mobile boutique. I was very excited about it. I did not plan very well I just sort of jumped into the whole thing. I would have done things a little differently if I were not so excited, but my excitement consumed me! I brought the truck from another state and getting it transported to me seem to take forever. I think it was harder waiting for the truck to arrive than it was waiting for my first born to be born honestly. Below is a clip when I was in the process of looking for a truck.
